Sharjah, Property Market Outlook, Spring 2016
Cluttons has released its Sharjah Property Market Outlook report for Spring 2016.
The report provides detailed insights to the residential and commercial market both of which have experienced some movements since our last report.
Residential rents have continued to decline, with villas recording significant rental falls.
While we are expecting residential rents to slip further over the course of the year as demand softens, clear opportunities are emerging for landlords, even as the weaker conditions bed in.
In the city’s prime office submarkets, we have recorded very little movement in headline asking rents, however in order to remain competitive and offer better value for money than comparable areas in Dubai, we are expecting rents to decline during 2016.
