Training and development
Cluttons offers a Continuous Professional Development programme (CPD) for all surveying staff, to develop key skills and ensure all staff are familiar with the latest legislative changes affecting our clients’ property interests. We encourage all levels of employees to undertake a wide range of CPD activities.
In the Middle East, we provide a development programme for graduate surveyors designed to develop personal abilities and technical skills leading towards successful completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
For non-surveying staff internal specialist programmes develop job related skills and knowledge, whilst personal development is encouraged through a variety of formal and informal methods.
The firm recognises the value of formal qualifications and is currently supporting members of staff thorough programmes such as MBAs, NVQs and other professional examinations.
