We are now entering an exciting stage of our firm’s development and we are looking for graduates with a passion for property to be a part of that.
We have a highly successful and well thought-of graduate development programme that is designed to guarantee you success with your APC and becoming a chartered surveyor. Cluttons is committed to the development of all staff, with excellent prospects for long-term careers, and promotion opportunities.
We offer graduate placements in commercial property practice, residential property practice, and building surveying, with opportunities in both the UK and the Middle East. Training consists of internal technical lectures, business skills seminars, and APC-focused training, and is combined with regular competency assessments and final mock interviews. On top of this you are guaranteed to be thrown into “real work” from day one so that you are able to make a difference to your division and the firm from the beginning.
If you are not yet at the stage of applying for a full-time placement, Cluttons also offers a variety of work experience placements across the firm. These are normally during the summer months (June – August) and last for two weeks.

In your letter you should state the programme you are applying for - building surveying, commercial or residential.
Deadline for the graduate development programme is 11th December 2009.
Deadline for work experience is 16th April 2010.
