Established in 2008, Cluttons Capital Partners has been set up to provide a dedicated advisory service to clients on the merits of investing in indirect property investment opportunities.  The company also provides a platform from which we can act as a manager of Cluttons' branded pooled funds and enables us to raise capital for third party fund managers.

Increasingly our fund management clients are seeking to have a blend of direct and indirect investments within their portfolios.  By investing in pooled funds, our clients are able to gain exposure to particular sectors of the market that may be beyond their reach in terms of capital, such as Central London offices or large retail parks.  Indirect investment can bring additional diversification benefits to portfolios as well.

Opportunities now exist for the sophisticated investor to gain access to a wide range of UK, European and Global pooled property vehicles.
