Having agreed the most appropriate product and rate with you, we will process the paperwork on your behalf and ensure you have an offer in the shortest time possible, occasionally within 24 hours. Our standard timescale will see 75% of offers out within 12 working days and 95% within 16 working days. This quick turnaround time ensures you are able to meet any tight deadlines.

LOW RATE - 2 year tracker rate up to 65%

1.89% above Bank of England base rate to 28/02/2012 reverting to lenders SVR. The overall cost for comparison is 5.5% APR.

MEDIUM TERM CERTAINTY - 5 year fixed rate up to 70%

4.99% fixed until 02/05/2015 reverting to lenders standard variable rate for term. The overall cost for comparison is 4.8% APR.

  • Free basic valuation (on properties up to £1m)

HIGHER LTV - 2 year tracker to 90% (professionals only)

5.29% above Bank of England base rate for two years reverting to lenders standard variable rate for term. The overall cost for comparison is 4.5% APR.

  • No lender arrangement fee or higher lending fee
  • 2% Early Repayment Charge if redeemed to less than £100 in first two years
  • No charges for partial redemptions and offset facility available
