As more lenders enter this market, the products are becoming more competitive, however at the same time the lending criteria are changing constantly. SHORT TERM FIXED - 2 year fixed rate

3.59% fixed to 1st April 2012 reverting to lenders standard mortgage rate for term.  The overall cost for comparison is 4.6% APR

  • Lenders arrangement fee of up to £995   
  • Early Repayment Charges(ercs) of 4% if redeemed before 1st April 2012
  • 10% redemptions allowed without ercs
  • Available for purchases and remortgages - free basic legal service on remortgages

BUY TO LET - 2 year fixed rate to 60%

4.74% fixed until 31/03/2012, reverting to lenders SVR.  The overall cost for comparison is 4.9% APR

  • Available  to 60% Loan to Value
  • Lenders Arrangement fee of £1,050
  • Early Repayment Charges of 4% until 31/03/2012
  • rent to cover 125% interest payments
  • Available for purchases and remortgages
  • Maximum loan £500,000
