Any reference made to, or inferred, in this agreement, to the original particulars of sale (brochure, marketing material etc) provided by the developer with particular regard to square footage, specification or finish is provided in good faith by Cluttons LLC, and for guidance only, and cannot be relied upon as a statement of fact. The purchaser(s) should satisfy themselves as to any material considerations prior to entering into a binding agreement.
