We have a highly successful and well thought of Graduate Development Programme which is designed to guarantee you success with your APC and becoming a chartered surveyor. Cluttons is committed to the development of all staff, with excellent prospects for long-term careers, and promotion opportunities.
We offer graduate placements in commercial property practice, residential property practice, and building surveying, with opportunities in both the UK and the Middle East. Training consists of internal technical lectures, business skills seminars, and APC-focused training, and is combined with regular competency assessments and final mock interviews. You are also guaranteed to be given ‘real work’ from day one so that you are able to make a difference to your division and the firm from the beginning.

If you are not yet at the stage of applying for a full-time placement, Cluttons also offers a variety of work experience placements across the firm and these are normally during the summer months.
The application process for work experience placements will open from 1 February 2012. After this date, please email Nicola Mirtle, human resources, a copy of your CV and covering letter. In your covering letter you should confirm the area you are interested in - commercial, project and building consultancy, residential consultancy, residential agency or professional support and confirm your availability.
The deadline to apply for work experience is 31 March 2012.
