Anglo Omani Society
The Anglo Omani Society, which promotes relationships between businesses in the UK and Oman, instructed Cluttons to identify an office building to be purchased for part occupation and investment purposes.
Following an exhaustive search of Mayfair and St James's, a refurbished office building at 34 Sackville Street was identified and negotiations began to purchase the freehold interest for £9.05m.
Cluttons project managed the fit out of the ground and lower floors for occupation by The Anglo Omani Society.
Instructions were also received to arrange the letting of the upper floors to create income to fund The Anglo Omani Society's activities, and to act as property manager.
