Party wall, London EC2
Cluttons' project and building consultancy division acted as party wall surveyor and neighbourly consultant for the construction of the world's first Human Rights Action Centre appropriately located in Shoreditch, London EC2.
The project involved the adaptation of adjoining warehouse type properties to form a new facility of approx. 3,700 sq m (40,000 sq ft), comprising offices, meeting and conference facilities, an interactive human rights exhibition and a 250 person auditorium.
