Project management and employer's agent
Cluttons' project and building consultancy division acted as employer's agent and project managed an adaptation of approximately 460 sq m (5,000 sq ft) of meeting and storage areas.
The adaptation provides an in-house canteen facility capable of accommodating more than 70 covers per meal-time, together with the refurbishment and enhancement of meeting and staff welfare facilities.
