Cluttons was appointed to provide full cost consultancy and quantity surveying services for international oil and gas exploration company Statoil for a 65,000 sq ft office fit-out at One Kingdom Street.
The property includes several trading floors, back office areas, conference suites and a full restaurant facility.
The works were procured on a two stage traditional basis using bespoke incentivisation strategies developed and implemented by Cluttons, and the whole operation was completed successfully within a 21 week programme.
