Headquarters relocation Chiswick Park, London W4
Cluttons’ project and building consultancy division was instructed by Tullow Oil as coordinating consultant, employer’s agent, cost consultant and CDM coordinator to relocate its headquarters.
The team was responsible for full project coordination, contract administration and cost consultancy services in connection with the procurement, fitting out and relocation to its new office space.
The works were procured on a two-stage design build basis. The completed offices in Chiswick Park total 132,000 sq ft over four floors. It includes a conference suite, executive areas, staff canteen and an auditorium.
The scheme was designed, tendered and installed within a 30-week programme at a cost of £11million.
Cluttons was appointed following its successful involvement on Tullow Oil’s previous headquarters relocation.
Other consultancy services provided by Cluttons included employers agent, capital allowances consultancy and CDM coordination.
