Development feasibility studies for London Borough of Sutton
The land and development division won a competitive tender to provide The London Borough of Sutton with planning and development consultancy advice for a number of key sites throughout the borough.
Detailed site appraisals were provided setting out an analysis of a number of different options. This analysis included an estimate of the likely timeframe for development and the likely receipts achievable for each site, based on the optimum use achievable and market demand.
Cluttons produced a clear strategy for the sites which led to the team being instructed to submit outline planning applications for a number of the sites.
The gross development value is circa £15m.
