Financial appraisals for London Borough of Islington
Acting for the Islington Council, Cluttons provided detailed financial appraisals to assist in negotiations with a developer to acquire council owned land.
Comprehensive market research was undertaken along with the consultations with architects and cost consultants in order to provide detailed accurate inputs into appraisals. Various different appraisals were undertaken to account for a large number of possible scenarios and establish the highest possible value for the council's land.
The financial data provided enabled informed discussions to be progressed with the developer in order to help the council receive the best possible receipt for its assets.
The gross development value was circa £50m.
