Procurement and consultancy for Places for People
Following advice provided during the planning process, Cluttons was instructed by Places for People to seek a private sector partner to develop one of its sites and re-provide the affordable element at nil cost.
The site which fronted Coldharbour Lane, had planning permission for 155 residential units in addition to 9,935 sq ft of commercial accommodation.
Following offers received, Places for People reconsidered its options in the present economic climate and decided to develop the site themselves.
Cluttons has been retained to provide ongoing development consultancy advise and will continue working with Places for People towards effecting sales of individual units.
The gross development value was circa £30m.
