Rent review 57/58 Jermyn Street, London SW1

Cluttons was instructed to advise The Crown Estate on an April 2008 rent review at 57/58 Jermyn Street. This followed completion of successful lease renewal negotiations relating to retail units at 66 and 67/68 Jermyn Street.

57/58 Jermyn Street comprises of a ground floor and mezzanine gallery, occupied by one of the world’s leading sculpture galleries Sladmore Gallery since 2006. This location is characterised by high quality retailers, including Alfred Dunhill, Turnbull & Asser, Pink, and Czech & Speake.

Successful negotiations resulted in agreement to a revised rent of £98,500 pa, an increase of £28,000 pa reflecting the significant improvement in retail rental value in Jermyn Street in recent years.
