Rent review, Melbury House, Wimbledon

Acting for the tenant Heineken, Cluttons completed a rent review of 12,200 sq ft five-year old high quality offices, arranged over two floors in central Wimbledon. The successful outcome resulted in no increase in the rent, a saving of around £40k pa compared with the landlords quoting rent.
