Cluttons secures prime retail letting

193 Western Road has been let to British Bookshops and Stationers Ltd. The property comprises the former Burtons fashion store situated directly opposite Churchill Square Shopping Centre and in the same parade as Marks & Spencer. Totalling 4,086 sq ft across three storeys, the store was offered by Cluttons on a new full repairing and insuring lease at an initial rent of £135,000 per annum exclusive.

Cluttons advised the landlord Brighton & Hove City Council, whilst CB Richard Ellis represented the ingoing tenant.
