Cluttons has provided rating service to H&M on the 2005 Rating List. The retailer has approximately 183 stores in the UK and plan a number of new store openings over the next twelve months.
Cluttons' rating team achieved a reduction in the rateable value on H&M's Knightsbridge store from £1,570,000 to £1,250,000 (20.4%).
