Ex-servicemen’s charity re-enlists Cluttons
Cluttons has been reappointed as managing agents to the E Hayes Dashwood Foundation Charity in Balham for a further three years from 1st April 2008.
The E Hayes Dashwood Foundation was founded in 1946 as a result of a charitable gift by Mr E Hayes Dashwood to provide accommodation for disabled ex-servicemen. The estate comprises 152 one, two and three bedroom purpose-built, self-contained flats, located in Radbourne Road and Telferscot Road, Balham, London SW12.
Any disabled person, who has served at any time in the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the Army, the Royal Air force, or Mercantile Marine, irrespective of rank or cause of disablement, may apply.
The management contract is for rent collection and property management services. It includes the refurbishment of vacant flats, as well as planned maintenance programmes.
