Rent assessment committee hearing

Cluttons, acting on behalf of The Trustees of The Eyre Estate in St John’s Wood, London NW8, recently appealed the registered rent on 21 Acacia Road, NW8, on the basis that the uncapped rent was not the correct figure.

The hearing was held on 20 January 2010 and the Decision dated 20 January 2010 increased the uncapped rent from £29,600 pa to £38,500 pa and due to the RPI figure for December 2009 being released and increasing the capped rent rose from £26,417.50 pa to £26,795.50 pa.
