Second major letting for Brighton
The Cluttons' retail agency team based in Brighton has completed its second major letting in 2010 for client Massey Group plc.
Comprising a prominent 5,925 sq ft corner bar and restaurant at 155 / 158 North Street in the centre of Brighton, the property has been let to national operator J D Wetherspoon plc on a new 30 year full repairing and insuring lease, subject to 5-yearly rent reviews at an initial rent of £80,000 pax.
The recent letting to JD Wetherspoons follows the local Cluttons retail agency team's letting earlier this year to Cote Restaurants at 115 / 116 Church Street, Brighton and on behalf the same client.
