Cluttons was a strategic location partner to Macropolitan, an innovator in acquiring and managing property portfolio rights (telecoms) to maximise revenue for landlords and landowners. This involved the introduction of Macropolitan’s proposal followed by subsequent negotiations of multi site agreements with major property owners. As a result Macropolitan acquired the UK’s largest portfolio of 18,000 urban sites from 40 property owners, enabling wireless operators to deploy faster and on more consistent terms.
