Strategic review for Telefónica O2 (UK) Ltd
Cluttons’ telecoms team was instructed by Telefónica O2 (UK) Ltd to audit its network portfolio to enable a central database to be formulated to capture the key agreement terms. The project was conducted within tight time constraints and was delivered on time and on budget. Where agreements were unavailable, Cluttons conducted a lease recovery exercise simultaneously with the audit. On completion, a full data analysis was conducted to evaluate the portfolio and finalise a central property strategy.
