Cluttons’ commercial valuation consultancy team provided valuation and loan security advice to Credit Suisse for the purchase of 187-195 Oxford Street, London W1. The 19,000 sq ft building which is let to Boots, McDonalds and four office tenants has been acquired by an overseas investor.
In its role as adviser to the bank, Cluttons provided a market valuation, which was in excess of £50 million, and a full commentary on the local market, rents and investment conditions in central London.
