Valuation advice to major institutional investor

As asset valuers to a major institutional investor, Cluttons advised on the value of an £80m plus balanced portfolio of high quality offices and industrial parks in the south-east.

The offices are located in Leatherhead, Bracknell and Heathrow and the industrial properties are in Basildon, Southend, Weybridge and Milton Keynes.

Tenants include Apple, Logica, John Lewis and Aston Martin, among others. The value of individual properties ranged from £5m plus to £20m plus and will be added to the growing HIFML fund.
