Cluttons advised KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co (KGAL) on the purchase of the freehold of Francis House, Francis Street, SW1.
The entire property is let to Channel Four Television Corporation for a 20 year period from February 2000, at a rent of £1,560,000 per annum. Part of the property is also occupied by the House of Fraser.
Cluttons advised KGAL on the investment value of the property, which was in the region of £21 million.
Cluttons worked closely with the fund’s purchasing agent and lawyers and delivered its report within seven days of instruction.
