Cluttons’ commercial valuation consultancy team won an exciting quarterly valuation mandate which started in June 2010.
The client fund manager is CBRE Investors and the target fund size should exceed £150 million. Cluttons was competing against two larger global competitors. This will be the fourth portfolio valued by Cluttons for CBRE Investors, which has been a client of the firm for more than ten years. We are delighted to be extending our working relationship with such an important fund manager.
