Portfolio valuations – Clerical Medical Managed Fund
Cluttons is the sole valuer to the Clerical Medical Managed Fund, whose property assets exceed £600m. The fund is managed by Invista Real Estate Asset Management but will be transferring to Scottish Widows Investment Partnership from May 2011. The property portfolio is nationwide and covers all the principal commercial sectors. Key holdings include Regis House in London EC4, Rose Court in London SE1, The Saddler Shopping Centre in Walsall and the new 180,000 sq ft Unilever HQ in Leatherhead.
The portfolio is valued monthly.
