Portfolio valuations for secured lending
The commercial valuation consultancy team has completed four large portfolio valuations for secured lending.
Portfolio 1 was for Lloyds Corporate Banking Group and comprised mainly high street shops let to multiple covenants throughout the UK.
Portfolio 2, also for Lloyds Corporate Banking Group, comprised a mainly mixed use portfolio of London retail and residential properties.
Portfolio 3, for HSBC Private Bank, comprised a portfolio of properties in Soho, including retail, office, residential and educational uses.
Portfolio 4, for Royal Bank of Scotland, comprised industrial properties in Uxbridge, Bristol, Coventry, Leeds and Glasgow.
The combined value of these four portfolios was over £250 million and reflects Cluttons’ strength in valuing a broad range of properties, both in London and further afield.
