Valuation advice for loan security

Cluttons undertook a full appraisal of an owner occupied, Grade II listed office building in Dorset Square for loan security purposes.
In our role as advisor to Allied Irish Bank, we provided: a market valuation, which was in the region of £2.5 million; opinions of market value on assumptions either the building was let as an investment or planning permission had been obtained to convert it residential use; and full commentary on the local office and residential market, including research on rents and sales transactions.
