Renewable energy and utilities

Cluttons provides national property consultancy services specifically for utility companies and for organisations and individuals interested in renewable energy. Through our strong links with providers at the forefront of this evolving market, our multi-disciplinary team has developed a specific understanding and expertise of the requirements associated with projects in the sector.
Key services include:
Renewable energy
The Government feed-in tariff scheme provides a financial incentive for owners of residential and commercial property to develop their own solar installations. Our team, in association with independent providers, works with clients to assess the viability of sites for participation in the scheme.
We also work with land or property owners looking to lease a site specifically for renewable energy installations. We are able to arrange for finance, design, build and maintenance of a solar installation. With a lease arrangement in place for the development, land owners can benefit from returns in the form of site rent, cheap electricity or even a combination of the two.
