Residential - Portfolio valuations
Portfolio valuations have historically been and remain a very important facet of our business. The way in which we approach the task has evolved as our clients’ portfolios have evolved. As a result of this we currently provide continuing valuation advice on residential and mixed use portfolios with an underlying or reversionary value in excess of £10bn.
The multi-disciplinary nature of our business, wide geographical coverage and our residential agency practice ensures that we are always in touch with the transactional markets and enables us to offer advice in relation to complicated or unusual portfolios. We believe the firm retains the highest concentration of residential property specialists of any UK practice providing valuation services. It is the resulting depth of knowledge and resources that enables us to provide market leading valuation advice in relation to residential and mixed use portfolios, in addition to our commercial valuation services.
We have developed a bespoke portfolio valuation package that is able to accommodate commercial analysis and we believe that this is the only such system in the market. It enables us to analyse data in an entirely flexible way and as a result we can provide benchmarking analysis at portfolio, sub-group and asset level if required, and we will typically include this in a detailed presentation when we report our results.
Our present valuation clients include national companies, institutional clients, private banks, domestic and international government departments, on-shore and off-shore trusts and private individuals.
