Bermondsey Street is a charming, well-connected area located in close proximity to Canary Wharf as well as within walking distance of the City. Over recent years it has become a popular destination due to its developed gastronomic offerings and several well-known art galleries. The area is a popular destination for independent trendy and boutique companies from the tech sector, designers and artists.

There are several period houses on Bermondsey Street, mainly warehouse conversions and it is quite rare to come across a house available for sale or rent which is not split into flats. Such properties are typically three to four storey buildings with beautiful roof terraces on the top.

The area has become more desirable in the last couple of years due to its growing entertainment and independent gastronomic offerings. The uniqueness of the warehouse properties along with the easy transport links draws many people to the area.
