Private Clients

Wealth management is a core service for Cluttons and we break down our services into three main areas. We very much believe in providing a personal service, tailored to the individual client needs.

Direct investment

Our experienced investment agency team is able to source investment opportunities for private clients and to guide them through the acquisition process. Depending on the individual investor requirements, we can provide a comprehensive due diligence service to include liaison with solicitors and other professionals and the market–facing advice needed to put the pricing of an investment opportunity in context.

Fund management

Our fund management team can provide a full discretionary investment management service. We manage institutional funds of around £500 million and have a first class track record of investment performance against the industry benchmarks. We are experienced in building up portfolios over time for clients as well as undertaking reviews of client portfolios and providing strategic advice on portfolio structure and asset management initiatives. We pride ourselves on our rigorous approach to stock selection, backed by best in class research and seasoned market experience.

Pooled funds

Our FSA regulated firm Cluttons Capital Partners is able to advise private clients on the merits of investing in third party indirect property funds. We are also engaged in the promotion of specialist funds that are likely to appeal to private clients. Currently we are promoting a Prime Central London Residential Opportunity fund.
