In 2017 a new lift opens that will connect Warth and St Anton ski areas.

Warth is around a 1 hour 45 minute drive from Innsbruck airport.

Apartment owners are free to use the apartments as much or as little as they like, but the apartments have to be rented when not being used as part of the tourist use designation of the properties. The rental projections are very attractive, as a guide you would expect a net rental yield after all running costs and taxes of around 4% based on renting for 120 days per year.
