Property Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for talented and driven individual to join a growing and ambitious business as an Property Administrator in our Lettings and Portfolio Property Management team. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the post holder will be an integral part of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide full administrative support which includes the preparation and issue of standard letters, tenancy agreements, contracts, and notices.
  • Respond to email correspondence and telephone enquires, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of tenancy administration queries.
  • Assist with the tenancy approval process which includes referencing and right to rent checks.
  • Arrange gas safety's, EPCs and EICR.
  • Assist with client invoicing for new lets, renewals, repair and general maintenance.
  • Assist with the registration and return of tenancy deposits.
  • Assist with the monitoring, reporting and collection of rental arrears
  • Support and provide cover as and when required


  • IT Literate (Mircosoft packages).
  • A working knowledge of core property management process and procedures (desirable).
  • Proven ability to review and interpret legislation relevant to residential property management (desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise activities, and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven track record of effective communication (written and verbal) with individuals at all levels.
  • Proven track record of manging various stakeholder relationships
