Relevant and considered marketing activity to support the residential and commercial businesses with a clear focus on achieving results.
Support the company’s digital activity and outputs covering website, social, HTML emails, intranet and portals
Is responsible for the day to day management of internal and external events across each of the divisions.
Supports the delivery of the company’s internal comms and PR strategy
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to support the delivery of the marketing strategy
Proactively seeks out areas that require marketing support across the commercial business through regular engagement with fee earners across the relevant teams
PR & internal communications: produces regular content for the intranet and website.
Client & Business Development:
Campaigns: supports the delivery of the marketing elements of corporate and divisional marketing campaigns across various channels including web, social media, email, video, print and events.
Event delivery: supports the delivery of corporate and divisional events (external and internal). This includes booking venues and catering, sending invitations, collating responses and delivering presentation materials
Content: supports the SEO strategy with the production of SEO focused content to drive improvement of organic rankings and lead generation for key areas of the business.
Event management: careful planning of internal and external events to ensure a clear focus on budget. This includes negotiating with suppliers to ensure we have the best possible price and costs are reduced where possible.
Portal contracts: working with the Head of Marketing on contractual arrangements and negotiations for each of the property portals Cluttons advertises on.
Systems and process:
Brand: supports the Head of Marketing on the implementation of Cluttons’ brand strategy. This includes project managing the delivery of branded materials, and ensuring that brand guidelines and templates are adhered to.
Portals and digital applications: responsible for managing the external portals and ensuring maximum value is gained from each portal, through advertising packages and other promotions as part of our contracts. Is also responsible for production and measurement of HTML emails and other digital systems as required.
Social media: supporting the delivery of the company’s social media strategy, including regular posting on social channels and analysis of social media impact. Ensuring company wide adherence to the social media policy.
Essential qualifications and Skills
Educated to degree level marketing
High level of written English language capability
Ability to work with high levels of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Advanced level at Microsoft Office
Ability to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally
Accustomed to working to tight deadlines, decisive and prepared to take on responsibility
