Cluttons is currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor in our Head office. This role will provide first level advice on all processes and employee queries as well as support the HR team by undertaking all administrative processes and procedures within the employee lifecycle.


KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Font line support for advisory queries and issue resolution
  • Key contact for Central business unit in support of HR Director
  • Support HRBPs in the recruitment process including posting adverts, conducting first stage telephone interviews, assessment days, and attending graduate career fairs as the HR representative
  • lead on delivery of the key processes (onboarding, probation and exit) advising and coaching managers and employees of responsibilities, as well as delivering on HR responsibilities
  • Manage Cluttons Learning and CPD calendars, ensuring all mandatory training is accessible, delivered and logged in training records
  • Oversee the monthly payroll processes, liaising with consultants and payroll bureau to ensure compliance
  • With the support of the team, lead on the administration of all Cluttons Benefits, including annual enrollment window
  • Support the salary benchmarking processes; input data and run reports to assist salary review / moderation process
  • Support the HRBPs with the graduate APC and Apprenticeship Programmes including administration, arranging training days, and liaising with 3rd party training suppliers
  • Collate monthly Management Information (in conjunction with the HRBPs) and Board reports
  • Review and maintain process and procedures ensuring they are fit for purpose

Requirements

Essential qualifications

Educated to A Level

Essential skills and experience

Provision of first level advice on a range of employee related queries
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
High level of attention to detail
High level of both written and oral communication

Desirable

Previous experience at HR Advisor level
Experienced working within a process/procedural/administrative environment
