In the last 18 months, the following transactions/projects have been concluded:-
- A letting of the second floor of 10,900 sq ft to Impax Asset Management Group Plc, a green Hedge Fund, following supervision of refurbishment.
- We negotiated a surrender of the 3rd floor involving (10,300 sq ft).
- Negotiated to remove a break option on a lease on the fourth floor involving 10,000 sq ft, in return for the grant of a rent free period to Stanhope Ltd and a similar negotiation on the first floor, this time with Societé Generalé.
