Cluttons has released its quarterly London Residential Market Bulletin for Winter 2017.
The bulletin offers a quick review of the goings-on in London’s residential market, whilst highlighting the residential rental and capital value performance of individual submarkets within Prime Central London and Core Central London.
Highlights from the report include:
- Despite the ongoing price correction across prime Central London during Q3, the performance of the market has been varied. Regent’s Park, Marylebone and Westminster for instance, all registered no change in values during the three months to September.
- Core Central London locations recorded its slowest pace of growth so far this year
Further detail is presented in the report.
