Our research shows that in the last quarter:
- Revived investor led activity saw premium submarkets such as Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge experience positive quarterly growth
- Average rents across prime Central London stood at £1,400 at the end of Q2
- Enquiries and viewings have increased, but tenants still seek perceived value for money
