Katie has over 10 years of experience in professional services business and client development, supporting fee earners in the delivery of £0.5 billion in fees. She brings a committed, client-focused approach to our client relationship management.
Previously Senior Business Development Manager at Clyde & Co, National Marketing and Business Development Manager at RSM UK, and Marketing and Business Development Manager at JLL, Katie has developed, implemented and managed a range of strategic global account programs. Her work on two separate customer engagement programmes saw double-digit growth in clients after the first year.
Her role is to drive better performance and engagement with our clients, delivering on our commitment to provide the highest levels of client service. She is responsible for the development of our new client relationship model, reinforcing our commitment to placing clients at the centre of our business.
