Charlie is head of our northern team and specialises in providing professional valuation advice on commercial property. Charlie's expertise includes loan security valuations; advisory services to major lenders and borrowers; and due diligence and transaction support. In addition, Charlie has provided advice to lenders on non-performing loans.

Charlie has extensive experience in the North West, valuing a wide range of assets including retail, retail warehousing, offices, industrial and development sites.

Charlie has over 20 years’ experience in property and is a RICS Registered Valuer.
