Previously a fund manager at M&G Real Estate, CBRE Global Investors and Nuveen Real Estate, Matt has 23 years’ experience of managing commercial investment property portfolios for a variety of institutional clients.

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an FCA Approved Person, Matt’s management style focusses on protecting and growing income - being the principal driver of long-term property returns - with active asset management to minimise risk and enhance performance.
