Paul has more than 30 years’ experience in the valuation of commercial, residential and development property for mortgage lending, accounts, statutory and strategic purposes across the private and public sectors throughout the UK. He is recognised for providing expert valuation advice and collaborative resolution of technical real estate issues.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
