Rachel has over seven years' experience across the planning, infrastructure and development sectors. Rachel previously worked for Ardent, where she acted as a land referencing manager and project manager on over 15 infrastructure, transport, regeneration and energy Development Consent Orders under the Planning Act 2008 and Compulsory Purchase Orders under the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965. Rachel also previously worked for Daly International as an acquisition surveyor where she progressed a number of acquisition instructions for MNO's.

She is a member of the RICS Matrics Committee Manchester and formerly part of the RICS Matrics committee, Yorkshire & Humber.
