Montuïri, Spain

This spectacular finca dating back to the 17th century is located on a huge piece of land of more than 400,000 m2 between Montuïri and Vilafranca de Bonany in the centre of Mallorca, surrounded by carob trees, pine groves, almond trees, agricultural land and an orchard of about 22,000 m2. Palma can be reached within a short drive.

The enormous finca is distributed over three residential buildings and various outbuildings and disposes of 11 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. Numerous original elements such as octagonal wood pillars, semi-circular arches, wood beam ceilings, wooden coffered ceilings or a fireplace with glazed ceramic decoration confer upon the property a traditional rustic charm. Montuiri is located next to the dual carriageway between Palma and Manacor, the west-east axis of Majorca, on top of a not very high hill.
