ASSOCIATE / PARTNER, LONDON: Investment Brokerage (Hybrid working)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing Investment Brokerage team based in our Head office.


The Transactional, Development & Advisory business line is a key division within the organisation with Investment Brokerage being a vital segment. Investment Brokerage, is predominantly transactional but also works closely with teams covering the following areas:

  • Investment Management
  • Development Agency
  • Business Space Agency

As a senior member of the investment team, the focus is on delivering profitable fee income to the business by winning and completing investment acquisition and disposal instructions. As key team member you are responsible for driving business development activity across the team. A demonstrable track records of winning business is essential.


  • Independently deliver fee income commensurate with role
  • Ability to secure and transact investment opportunities
  • Drive business development
  • Working closely with other teams within the Business to create cross-selling opportunities and collaboration
  • Maintain and develop Fund and property company client base
  • Manage and increase Clutton’s presence within the agency community



  • Promote Cluttons (all service lines) at all times
  • Assist other parts of the business in promoting the business
  • Maintain a high profile within the business to develop opportunities
  • Promote Cluttons (all service lines) to personal client base


  • Provide deal pipeline, fee forecast and other management needs
  • Assist in annual business plan formulation


  • Raise fee invoices
  • Draft and issue head of terms where appropriate
  • Ensure all instructions are agreed in writing with appropriate Ts & Cs
  • Ensure all AML procedures are completed
  • Prepare and issue reports to clients
  • Maintain professional CPD record


  • Manage personal WIP deal flow to ensure targets are achieved
